Our Return Policy: We love our customers and aspire to full satisfaction with our feed. However, we would be remiss in our commitment to feed safety and freshness if we were to accept feed returns. We simply won't take the risk of introducing outside organisms or contaminants to our mill site. Because of this, and because of the many outside factors that can contribute to feed satisfaction, we do not accept returns. (This is also a food safety issue related by the USDA, Organic Certifications and Non-GMO Project Verifications.)
