We’re Open: COVID Operations

Union Point Custom Feeds is considered an essential business and we are running overtime making feed! Fortunately, it is officially recognized that animals need to be fed, so you are legally permitted to visit the mill, just as you can go to the grocery store.

The mill is open Monday-Friday, 8 am to 3:30 pm. We ask that you place your order in advance by emailing us at info@unionpoint.com.  When your order is ready, we will contact you.  Please be sure to include your phone number in the order!

Drop-ins are permitted, however to ensure we have your feed in stock, please call us (541) 497-7590. The second floor of the mill is closed to all visitors.

When you arrive, please call us from your vehicle at (541) 497-7590 at the mill doors.  We’ll open the doors for you, verify the amount of feed that you’re picking up, and handle payment in the loading area or while you’re sitting in your vehicle. We will load the feed as promptly as possible.

You can count on us to follow all COVID-19 safety protocol. We ask that you do too.

We miss seeing our customers but are asking our staff to keep interaction to a minimum to reduce the likelihood of transmission. (Our feelings will not be hurt if you stay in your vehicle!)
